Dr. Durbin is proud to present his new procedure with Alloderm®. Alloderm® is an acellular dermal matrix derived from donated human skin tissue supplied by US AATB-compliant tissue banks utilizing the standards of the American Association of Tissue Banks and FDA guidelines. With Alloderm® the doctor does not need to remove and use tissue from palate. The purpose of this treatment is to stop the destruction and ensure that teeth are not lost as a result of the loss of gingival tissue, underlying bone, exposed soft root surface, root abrasion, root wear/destruction, sensitivity and greater tendency toward decay.
